Our delicious Sussex Beef is 28-day traditionally aged and grass-finished on the ancient salty meadowlands of our family farm on Hooe Level in Sussex. Expertly cut by our butcher, vacuum-packed, boxed and ready to go.

Description
Our beef’s carbon footprint is not that of intensively reared beef. Grass-finished beef has a lot more omega-3 fatty acids and CLA, which are both linked to health benefits. We do not import or buy locally any grain or soya to finish them and we only finish one a year. Plus all our meat is locally processed. Order online now to reserve yours! Delivery:
We can only deliver our boxes if you are local to us ie 20-mile radius from Hooe, East Sussex.
We will be delivering our boxes on the day we pick them up from the butcher when it is fresh.

After that, you will need to come to the farm to pick up your order and it will be frozen. If you are unable to get here we may still be able to deliver but again only if you are local.. Just give us a call.
