Hello lovely humans! 🌿 This is your all-you-need-to-know guide to get to the wedding. It’s a bit of a hidden gem, so please read everything carefully – there’s no postcode, signal is patchy, and once you’re here, you’re here.

🌾 THE VIBE
We’re on a real working farm, by a river, in a beautiful meadow. Think wild, free, and magical 💫
Albert the pedigree bull lives here, so please stay in the reception field and always close any gates behind you 🐂

🏕️ CAMPING ESSENTIALS
Bring everything you need for your stay – once you’re in, you’re staying put!

  • Mains drinking water ✅
  • Loos + hot showers ✅
  • Torch 🔦 (a must!)
  • 2 firepit zones (NO extra campfires!)
  • No dogs please 🐶🚫
  • No driving once parked 🚗❌
  • Wheelbarrows & a trailer will help you get your gear in 💪

💦 THE RIVER
It’s dreamy. It’s also very clean. No pesticides or herbicides or run off from any of the fields as we are not aloud to use them here, so, float, paddle, swim, canoe, or just chill by it 🌊
Bring your swim stuff + floaty bits if you fancy.
But please – be safe! There’s one way in, one way out: The Jetty 🛶

🚗 DIRECTIONS

From London via M23 + A27

  1. Head towards Eastbourne on the A27
  2. At the BP/Marks & Spencer/Starbucks roundabout, turn left to Wartling
  3. At The Lamb Inn pub, turn right beside it, then left after the car park
  4. Follow Horsewalk Lane over the river bridge – the gate is just after on the right

From London via A21

  1. Head to Royal Tunbridge Wells > A21 > turn off at A2100 to Battle
  2. Through Battle town > Right onto Powder Mill Lane B2204
  3. Through Catsfield > Ninfield
  4. At roundabout (Kings Arms), left then right to Hooe (B2095)
  5. Through Hooe, then right onto Horsewalk Lane
  6. Over small bridge, along marshes – the gate is just before the river bridge
