Can I\u202fstill\u202fbook a holiday?\u202f<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, in line with government guidelines we are currently taking bookings Before making a booking, we always recommend checking the government websites for the most up to date advice on travel in England<\/a> and if you are traveling from Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. For international locations check the FCO website\u202ffor the most up-to-date travel advice.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I still go on my holiday?\u202f <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The government has advised that you will be able to travel in England from 12 April onwards and 26 April in Scotland, so you can go on holiday as planned. If you are traveling between 12 April and 17 May and are traveling in a group of over six or with people from multiple households you will not be able to travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are unable to travel due to a government health measure, we will offer you a date change,\u202for if that is not possible,\u202fa refund.\u202f\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your booking\u202fis after 12 April in England or 26 April in Scotland, you should be able to travel as normal unless you are travelling with 6 people or travelling with people from multiple households before 17 May in England.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I test positive for Coronavirus and have to self-isolate, what happens to my booking?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our absolute priority is the health of our guests, owners and society as a whole and it is important that we all work together to keep everyone safe and well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you, or a member of your party, has tested positive for Coronavirus and has to self-isolate, please follow the Government advice<\/a>. If you have a booking that you think may be affected, we are able to offer you a date change, where this isn\u2019t possible, we can offer to book another time or a refund. Please email clairenix@me.com<\/a> with your booking reference and we will get back to you.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a member of my party from another household has tested positive and has to self isolate, what happens to my booking?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this instance the booking still stands. We recommend that you either travel as a single household or invite someone else to travel with you. We recommend buying travel insurance to cover this possibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What happens if my Covid vaccination date clashes with my holiday?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have been given a Covid vaccination date that coincides with your holiday you will need to contact the NHS to rearrange your appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What if my booking is for more than six people or from multiple households?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The UK government has updated its guidance on gatherings of over six people. Groups of more than six from multiple households will not be able to go on holiday together if staying in the same building before 17 May in England.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advice and restrictions differ across the UK and regions within the UK, the latest advice can be found on the individual government sites for England<\/a>, Wales<\/a>, Scotland<\/a> and Northern Ireland<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should I buy travel insurance?\u202f <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, we always recommend that you have comprehensive travel insurance, including for stays in the UK. We recommend you take out a policy which covers you in the event of cancellation and has good medical coverage for international trips. Your coverage in the event of\u202fCoronavirus-related issues will depend on your insurer.
